How did we proceed:

In this paper, we looked at how mobile health technologies (mHealth) relate to social justice issues in the management of type 2 diabetes from a public health ethics perspective and the risks they pose to vulnerable populations.
Results:

On the one hand, mHealth can promote health participation, but on the other hand it reinforces existing inequalities if digital skills, technical access or social and political framework conditions are lacking.
